Plaster (“Software”) is a WordPress Plugin that provides you with simple but powerful quality of life features for the WordPress Theme “Bricks” and the WordPress Plugin “Oxygen” with main focus on the “Automatic.css” Framework. This offer is provided by “Ing. Herbert Sanz – Computer Sanz” (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Computer Sanz”). The software is sold and distributed via the website https://plaster-plugin.com.
The following terms of service are a legally binding agreement with the Company and you (“User”, “Customer”). By purchasing or installing or downloading or using our Software, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood and agree to our privacy policy And to the Terms of service outlined below. If you disagree with any of those terms or our privacy policy, please stop using this Website and our Software immediately.

By using our Website and/or Software, you consent that we collect, use and disclose personally identifiable information as well as any non- personally identifiable information, as outlined in greater detail in our privacy policy.
Registration
If you purchase the Software you agree to submit your payment details, such as PayPal or credit card information, to our third party payment processor (Paddle.com). Computer Sanz does not store any of your payment details.
Software License
The complete source code of our Software is released under the GNU Public License version 2.0.
Your license for the Software is non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable. You can use the Software on your websites and other (clients) websites but it is prohibited to transfer or provide access to your account or to your license key to other third parties.
Every site url the software is used on requires its own License. Each subsite of a multisite counts against your License limit. If you buy the LTD (Lifetime Deal) you can use Plaster on as many domains as you like, as long as the domains and the associated websites are created and/or services by the same company/agency/freelancer that is the license holder.
Software Updates
You are eligible to Software updates for the period of the Plan you have purchased. Updates are only provided for active licenses. Cancelling your subscription or a repeated unsuccessful attempt to collect your payment deems your subscription inactive/cancelled.
Lifetime licenses receive updates and support as long as Plaster is in active development.
When downloading a Software update through the WordPress dashboard a request to the Company server is performed, which submits some user data such as your License key and the requesting domain name, IP address etc. in order to validate and authenticate your request.
Updates are provided on a non-fixed, but regular basis as long as the Software is available through the Website.
Software Support
We only provide support for Users with an active Subscription or Lifetime license. Support is provided via email and the user must use the same email address which he or she used for the purchase to receive support. This is to verify the license status. Computer Sanz shall make a reasonable effort to respond in a timely manner.
Payment
When you purchase a Plan your are obliged to pay the fees as listed on the Website. All prices on the site exclude VAT. VAT is added on top of the price according to your countries regulations.
The payments are processed through our third-party payment processor “Paddle.com”. We do not store any of your payment information and Tax collection and remittance is also handled by “Paddle.com”.
As long as you have an active Subscription, it will be automatically renewed and billed at the end of the current subscription period.
If you are for any reason not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to get a full refund within the first 30 Days of purchase.
If you purchase the Software in an early unstable state (beta-version) you can ask for a full refund until the first stable version is released (Plaster 1.0).
Termination
The Company reserves its right to change, modify, discontinue or terminate access to the Software for any or no reason at any time and without prior notice. The Company has no liability to you, the User , or any third party in case such an action takes place.
Jurisdiction
The Terms above will be construed in accordance with Austrian law. Any disputes relating to them will be subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.
